These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the services provided by Daste Digital SRL (“we”, “us”, or “our”) to clients (“Client”, “you”). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

We provide digital services including, but not limited to:

  • Website development and design
  • E-commerce solutions
  • Marketing and optimization services
  • Technical support and troubleshooting

Project Scope

All services are delivered based on a clearly defined scope agreed before the project begins.

Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be considered extra work and may require additional fees and timeline adjustments.

Revisions

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects include a limited number of revisions.

  • Revisions apply only to the initially agreed scope
  • Additional revision requests may be billed separately

Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide all required materials, content, and access in a timely manner
  • Respond to requests and approvals within a reasonable timeframe

Delays caused by the Client may result in adjusted timelines and/or additional costs.

Project Timelines

Estimated timelines are provided based on standard workflow conditions.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Client inaction or late responses
  • Third-party services or tools

Payments

  • Projects may require an upfront payment before work begins
  • Remaining balances may be structured in milestones or final payment
  • Work may be paused if payments are not made on time

No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services:

  • Payments are non-refundable once work has started
  • Time, effort, and resources allocated to the project are considered billable

Abandoned Projects

If the Client becomes unresponsive for more than 14 days:

  • The project may be marked as abandoned
  • No refunds will be issued
  • Resuming work may require additional fees

Intellectual Property

All deliverables remain the property of Daste Digital SRL until full payment is received.

Upon full payment, ownership of the final agreed deliverables is transferred to the Client.

We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio.

Third-Party Services

We may use or integrate third-party tools, platforms, or services.

We are not responsible for their performance, security, or policies.

Third-Party Themes and Plugins

Projects may include the use of third-party themes, templates, plugins, or other software components.

The Client acknowledges that:

  • Such components are subject to their own licensing terms and conditions
  • Daste Digital SRL does not own these third-party products
  • Licenses may be registered under Daste Digital SRL or the Client, depending on the agreement

If a license is registered under Daste Digital SRL:

  • It may be valid only for the specific project
  • It may not be transferable to other projects or websites
  • Ongoing updates or support may require renewal or additional fees

If the Client requires full ownership or independent licensing, the Client may be required to purchase their own licenses.

Ongoing maintenance, updates, and compatibility of third-party components are not included unless explicitly agreed as part of a maintenance plan.

Daste Digital SRL is not responsible for limitations, changes, or discontinuation of third-party products.

AI-Generated Content

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to assist in the creation of content, code, design elements, or other deliverables.

While we take reasonable steps to review and refine all outputs, AI-generated content may not be entirely unique, error-free, or suitable for all purposes.

The Client acknowledges and agrees that:

  • All deliverables must be reviewed and approved before final use
  • Daste Digital SRL is not responsible for unintended similarities, inaccuracies, or legal issues arising from AI-assisted content
  • The Client assumes responsibility for the final use of all approved materials

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daste Digital SRL shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of business, revenue, or data
  • Issues caused by third-party services

No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to:

  • Search engine rankings
  • Traffic increases
  • Conversion rates

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if:

  • Terms are violated
  • Payments are not made
  • Communication breaks down

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania.
